This course is created for professionals and students who are looking to elevate their skill and their business, without jeopardizing their physical health.

Duration of the course: One month - The course offers the flexibility to learn at your own pace.

In the beginning of the course

You are receiving all your pre-recorded course material via email and we are forming chat group on WhatsApp.
In that chat group you will be able to ask questions about anything course related and also post short videos of your work so Helena could see your technique and correct them if needed

All the corrections and all the questions are done and answered by Helena.

There is no time restriction as to when exactly you should post your videos for review it is very important for Helena for you not to feel stressed and time restricted. We learn each part of the course separately and Helena needs to see only one week’s technique at the time If you are running behind and that happens, not to worry, after completion of the course chat will stay open for two additional months.

In addition to the course material

You are receiving all your pre-recorded course material via email and we are forming chat group on WhatsApp.
In that chat group you will be able to ask questions about anything course related and also post short videos of your work so Helena could see your technique and correct them if needed

We will have 5 live zoom calls 90 minutes each, every Sunday at 10 AM EST. Zoom calls are meant to provide you with additional information about the business side of being esthetician and to answer your questions. Every zoom call will be recorded and sent to you via email.

By sharing the recorded Zoom call, practitioners who couldn't attend the live session will have the opportunity to review the content, learn from the demonstrations, and benefit from the valuable information shared during the call.

In this course we are not only teaching you how to perform state of the art facial, we are also giving you, all the tools and steps to become very successful, busy and in demand by clients esthetician. We literally program you for success!

Curriculum Course Outline:

Week One

  • You will learn about Self-care for estheticians. How to protect your body from health problems that
    most estheticians develop over the years of work.
  • You will learn about the essential products for this facial.
  • You will gain knowledge about the basic anatomy of the face, understand each layer of the face
    and its needs during the technique.
  • You will be learning about what amount of pressure each layer of the face needs.
  • You will focus on diagnosing different facial types and how to work with each one.
  • You will learn what questions you must ask clients about their health that we, as estheticians,
    must know full protocol.
  • You will learn about clients’ preparation and first cleansing.
  • You will learn about lymphatic drainage massage and breathing techniques.
  • You will learn lymphatic drainage massages on chest, clavicle bone and the neck.
  • You will learn how to work with tendons surrounding the face.
  • You will learn how to work with epicranial Aponeurosis

Week Two.

  • You will learn about lymphatic drainage on the face.
  • You will learn to work with the sphincter muscles of the face, eyes, and mouth.
  • You will learn to work with connecting points of the face.
  • You will learn how to prepare facial soft tissues for the buccal /intra-oral massage.

Week Three.

  • You will get expertise in buccal massage.
  • Entire curriculum of week three is dedicated to buccal massage

Week Four.

  • You will get expertise in wet towel massage, Lite osteopathic-aesthetic technique.
  • You will learn how to perform the external manual lift.
  • You will get expertise in HPM signature moves and the final stage of HPM facial.
