This in-person course includes 5.5 hours of online training videos that you’ll keep forever, along with five 90-minute live Zoom sessions.
Upon completing the course, you’ll be fully prepared to step into your treatment room and confidently deliver this method to your clients. We also support you in attracting clients by promoting you on our Instagram.

- Manual Facelift training includes Aesthetic Buccal - Intra Oral Massage, Aesthetic Lymphatic Drainage and signature lifting techniques.
- In addition to the training, you will receive full curriculum of online course, so you could refer to them at any time, online materials have no expiration date they are yours to keep

Course Curriculum Manual Facelift Course
- The basic anatomy of the face
- Diagnosis of different facial types
- Lymphatic drainage techniques
- Working with tendons surrounding the face
- Buccal (intra oral massage)
- Practical face lifting techniques
- Helena Pahava signature movements
You will study each movement step by step. Each student will perform and receive the movements on themselves for a refined understanding of the techniques. We will also cover self-care tips for estheticians, and we will talk about how to protect your wrists and back from overstraining. After the class, you will be ready to perform lifting, buccal facial for your clients and produce excellent results.
We will also send each participant video material of complete facial routine

Our students' success is very important for us because of that as you will complete HPM Manual Facelift. We will promote you on our Instagram platform for you to start seeing clients who are interested in HPM facial right away.
