The facial services provided by Helena Pahava are for cosmetic purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. The results may vary from person to person and no guarantee is made regarding the outcome. It is important to inform your provider of any medical conditions and to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions. Helena Pahava shall not be held liable for any injury or adverse reaction resulting from the use of our services.

-- Deposits are not refundable
-- A 48 hours' notice required to change your appointment date
-- If cancelled less than 48 hours, you will lose your deposit and will need to place new deposit to schedule next appointment date.
-- If cancelled prior to 48 hours, deposit may be transferred to schedule new appointment.
-- There is a fee of $25 for rescheduling appointment, you will have to write to us email with new appointment date that is open in our schedule.
-- If Helena will not be able to make an appointment and needs to cancel in less than 48hours, your next appointment will be 50% off from original price.
--If Helena will need to reschedule appointment in more than 48hours you will have $25 off from original price of the appointment.
