1. Eligibility Our Services are designed for licensed professionals (e.g., estheticians, massage therapists, cosmetologists, nurses, and related healthcare professionals).

2. Educational Purpose Only the Helena Pahava Method is a continuing education training.

3. Accounts and Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to safeguard your account.

4. Payments and Refunds All payments for courses, subscriptions, or memberships are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). All sales are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property All content provided through the Academy including videos, texts, images, slides, manuals, and trademarks such as the Helena Pahava Method is the intellectual property of Helena Pahava Esthetician Academy. You may not copy, share, record, resell, or distribute our content without written permission. The only exception is downloadable PDFs clearly marked as such, which are provided for your personal or professional use. You may share and use these PDFs on your own Instagram or other professional platforms, as they are designed for open distribution. Unauthorized use of any other content may result in suspension of your account and legal action.

6. Code of Conduct By using our Services, you agree to:

• Treat all community members, instructors, and staff with respect.
• Not misuse or misrepresent the Helena Pahava Method.
• Not use our platform for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

7. No Self-Promotion

Members are not permitted to use the Academy’s chat, forum, or any other communication features for self-promotion, solicitation, or advertising of their own services, products, or businesses. Any such activity may result in immediate removal of content and, if repeated, suspension or termination of membership.

8. Disclaimer of Liability Our trainings are educational and intended to improve professional skill. We do not guarantee specific business or client results. Always consult a physician before performing facial exercises or treatments on yourself or others, especially if you or your client has a medical condition. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use of our Services.

9. Termination of Use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
